Submission Instructions
The reporting format this year is NOT through School City.  Instead, each site has a Google Spreadsheet assigned to their teachers to submit their scores.  To access your school's spreadsheet - you will need to be logged in using your district Google Credentials - these will allow you to access ONLY your site's spreadsheet.  On the school specific spreadsheet - here is the reporting process:
  • Click on the appropriate school at right;
  • Each H/SS teacher has a separate tab at the bottom of the screen to report their scores:
    • (all classes the teacher has should be reported on that one tab)
  • Columns A-D are required to be filled-in for each student -
    • Column A = Student ID
    • Column B = Student LAST/FIRST name
    • Column C = Grade level of assessment student completed
    • Column D = Rubric score according to the Holistic Rubric adopted (May 2018)
  • Column E is an OPTIONAL COLUMN for Student Period (it may help in organizing your reporting and keep track of which students have completed scores and those that don't)
  • Column F is an OPTIONAL COLUMN to include any notes you feel are important to share about a student (i.e. - 504/SPED student who use special accommodations completing assessment; new student enroll as the assessment started; etc.)
Please contact your department lead teacher or (reves@psusd.us) if you have any questions or challenges about  giving the assessment or reporting the scores.  We are here to assist you in this process.  Please do not hesitate to reach out.
